Beats

Here you can find a selection of beats that I have produced, that are currently up for grabs. These are only short samples, just to give you an Idea. If you wish to obtain full length versions of one of these beats, or if you would like me to produce a new beat for you, please send me a message at geckoinfinite@gmail.com. stating who you are and an example of your music. I am looking for experienced and talented people. Please understand that I can't give these beats out to everybody.
Beats will be added and taken away as more get produced or are claimed by artists, so this list is definitely subject to change.
Bear in mind that some of these beats may be further worked on, and tweaked before the final version reaches the artist.

Terror Of Pai Mei
Don't let this beat give you an impression of the rest. It's wildy different. It's mean and menacing, while the others are way more chilled out. The sample comes from "Excutioners From Shaolin". The string part of the sample can also be heard at the very beggining of "Protect Ya Neck", by Wu-Tang Clan.

Le Hot '11 (Bumpin Beat For NF)
As the title suggests, this beat is intended for The Nefarious Freak. I'm leaving it on show, though, since he hasn't done anything with it yet. It's a deep and moody beat. You could totally trip out to it. The sample is from "Le Hot '99" by Grand Unified. The vocal sample is a secret for now. Not that it's crazy important, but let's just say it's from someone I know...

Memories In The Sunset
Relaxing/Motivational beat. One of my personal favorites, so MC's need to claim it while it's still available. Samples bacground music from Megaman X8 for PC.

Another Age
Previously exclusive to the beat connexion channel. Very deep and moody, perfect for tripping out to. Apart from the drums, no samples were used. The melody was composed by myself.

Travelling Man
Hmmm. Yet another moody, relaxing beat. Catching on yet? The full version of this has Barbara Lynn sampled on the chorus. The melody is sampled from the Shaw Brothers movie "Have Sword, Will Travel"

Memory Bank (Remastered)
An attempted remastering of one of my first ever beats. Relaxing, deep, moody, blah blah blah. It will probably be worked on a little more. Samples "Just My Imagination" by the temptations.

Beat 5
Previously unreleased. This one is quite fast, so you'd need to be a decent speed rapper to handle this. It's kind of good for getting blunted to, due to mellow strings sampled from "Tristram" from the Diablo II soundtrack.

Inspiration
Originally intended to be used by Relit, and previously unreleased. If you want a feel for the beat, just read the title. It's deep, moody..... yeah. It may be worked on just a little before the would be artist receives it. No samples used in this one. The bass guitar riff was written and performed by myself.

Beat 7
Previously unreleased. This one's kinda different. It's mellow, but it's more happy than relaxing. It has an old school feel to it, I'm not certain if I want to leave it how it is or clean it up a little. Samples music from an episode of "Monkey Magic"

2010 Beats

These beats are more for show, than anything. They come from a time when I was using Audacity, a simple sound/recorder editor to make beats with. The software wasn't intended to actually make music with, but what I would do was, I would take audio clips and layer them over the top of each other to make a beat. At the time, I preferred this method, because it seemed easier to manipulate samples with, but this was before I learned how to use FL studio properly. The beats themselves are kind of low quality, and I probably wont be going back to redo them, unless requested. Nevertheless, they are here if you want them.

Memory Bank (Original)
I call this my first ever beat. Well it was the first one that went to use, anyway. For more info, read the description of the remastered version above.

Lloyd's Tape
Funky as hell. Went and made a full track out of this. Unsure about redoing it, so I'm offering the beatto anyone that would want it. Samples "Slow Funk" by Rythym.

Chill Out
This is the only one of this lot that actually made it to my youtube channel. It's old and sampling is amatuerish, but I've had good feedback from it. Samples "She Sells Sanctuary" by The Cult, and "Taxman", by Junior Parker, which was also used by Cypress Hill.

Set In Stone
Another beat that got made into a full track. This one is hugely different from the rest. It's just thuggishly hard. The sample is form "Watch me now" by Concord Dawn.
